How Zephyr V2 is Made
From digital sculpt to bronze-finished mini.
Each Studio Edition begins as a digital sculpt — tested, printed, and refined to capture detail and moldability.
From there, a silicone mold is made, which allows each cold-cast bronze mini to take shape. Resin and bronze powder bond together, with a mineral core for weight.
Every piece is then hand-burnished and polished, giving it the detail and feel that sets Studio Editions apart.
A lineup of test prints — checking expression, detail, and moldability before casting begins.
