Tariqat

Tariqat's apparent gentleness and relative silence are oftentimes mistaken as timidness or shyness.
Conversations are overrated, as he will undoubtedly mention when enduring those initial awkward moments of meeting him for the first time. He has an easy smile and attentive eyes, and once he warms to you, you will discover that he is a treasure of insight and knowledge on the broadest of topics.
His gardens are a combination of quiet and beauty, with a flash of color here and there depending on the season. A red hibiscus flowers just as the tulip drops its petals, just as the dwarf maple's leaves change from bright red to orange heading back toward winter.
In his gardens you will see him at his most passionate — searching for peace. In nature, among friends, through work — peace wherever it can be found. This search seems to put him outside the influence of time.
A friend, to Tariqat, doesn't always need to be of the same tribe or species. Maybe a squirrel, a deer, a hummingbird.
A wren lands on his finger and Tariqat continues his slow stroll through the garden.
